Karen says about yoga therapy: “As I continue to teach and practice I am further con-vinced of the healing potential of physical softness and conscious breathing. I encourage a slow and very simple approach, with movement following breath, making yoga more in-trospective and much deeper, enabling us to be more attentive to the present and to sense more about ourselves”
