Mentoring & Supervision

Individual Mentoring and Supervision

The yoga therapist is on a continuing journey of learning and self development as they work with clients. Depending on the type of work they are doing, a therapist may require one to one supervision or mentoring to help them to reflect on and to integrate their experiences in therapy, and to receive specific guidance.

We are able to offer our graduates (and graduates from other programmes) Indvidual Supervision either in person or via zoom. For details contact

Group Mentoring and Supervision

Working as a therapist can sometimes feel quite solitary, so there is enormous benefit in having regular access to peer group suppport.

We provide small group mentoring and supervision sessions facilitated by experienced Real Yoga Tutors. These are available online via zoom, and from 2024 we hope to resume in person too. We also regularly hold less formal ‘Real Yoga Sangha’s‘ where students and graduates come together to share experiences, and to ask for advice as part of a supportive and friendly community.
